Roibase was founded in 2026 in Istanbul. It is the distilled form of founder Samet YILDIZ's 15+ year career in IT, data and digital marketing: an IT operations + SAP integration foundation layered with 12+ years of digital marketing and 8+ years of leadership experience. Our goal is to deliver large-agency expertise with the speed and transparency of a boutique team.

15 years of field experience, brought together in 2026 under the Roibase roof.
Roibase's story began long before its 2026 founding date. Founder Samet YILDIZ's career opened in 2008 with an internship at TRT; in 2011 he graduated top of his class from Selçuk Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Programcılığı and, in the same year, moved into the IT Operations + SAP Lead position at Response Ortho. The five years that followed were a school for learning on the ground how servers, networks, databases, SAP integration and business processes are managed together.
In 2017 he stepped onto the digital side as Digital & IT Specialist at Touristica; then, in 2018, led digital transformation projects in a Digital Exchange Consultant role. In 2019 he joined Sempeak as Senior Web Analyst; between 2020 and 2022, as Head of Data Analytics & CRO, he led the Data Analytics & Insights + CRO (Conversion Opt.) + First-Party Data Architecture disciplines. During this period, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, A/B testing frameworks, server-side tracking and predictive analytics programs were built for major brands such as BtcTurk, Yataş Group, Monster Notebook, Watsons, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Torku and Sportive.
In 2023 he moved into the Senior CRO role at Monster Notebook; there, how to run CRO (Conversion Opt.) + UI / UX + Technical SEO + Performance Marketing + CDP & Retention Engineering under a single pod was applied in depth. In parallel, the Istanbul Üniversitesi Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri program was completed (2019-2023); together with the Anadolu Üniversitesi Iktisat and Selçuk Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Programcılığı diplomas, this formed an academic foundation built on the 'IT + economics + MIS' triangle.
In 2026 Roibase was founded as the natural continuation of this 15+ year journey.
